I am working now as an associate professor of Linguistics and TESOL.  I started teaching English Linguistics courses, TESOL courses, and TEFL courses in 2004. in the department of English, Faculty of Education, Amran University, Republic of Yemen I have more than twenty five years experience in teaching English in many public and private universities and institutes and language centers. I supervised many MA, M. Ed, and Ph. D thesis. I have a long experience in course specification, measurement and evaluation. I performed many a cademic and administrative gobs.

The study attempts to shed light on Yemeni discourse and investigate  the effect of the ongoing  conflict. It seeks to investigate the changes on social relations as a result of the conflict

This discourse analysis will be conducted to review and assess available discourse categories during the time of conflict and how it affects the social relations between Yemeni community members. The study concluded that further discourse analysis is needed to be aware of the discourse changes and their negative impact on the future relations between the social groups of Yemeni community. It is also needed to put the foundation for suitable recovery and reconstruction of the future social discourse. It also attempts to put the foundation of peaceful future discourse in everyday talks and better social relations.
