The quality of education in any country is the cornerstone of its growth and development. Accordingly to study this subject seriously and know of  strengths and weaknesses points is the right start to improve and develop this important vital sector.

Through my modest experience in the higher education sector in Albania (private sector), I think, we need to improve step by step the educational standards. So, I propose the following solutions:

- Respect European standards in quality assurance of higher education sector. 

- Benefit of experience of the leading European countries in this field.

- Provide the opportunity for the new generation Ph.D holders to make education policies in the country.

- Encourage Teamwork.

- Improve management in educational establishment.

- Encouraging faculty members in the field of scientific research.

- Creating a partnership between educational establishments and community service.

- Search for donors and supporters of scientific research inside and outside Albania.

- Strengthening cooperation between educational establishments and the labor market.

- Providing the educational labs for each program.
