WPS Albania, is an organization that operates within the civil society. It's an independent, autonomous, non-profit, non-governmental body of indefinite duration, which has the main intentions on encouraging, promoting and empowering Albanian women and young girls to become part of leadership in all areas of public life, such as public administration, politics, economy, business, agriculture, media, military, civil society etc. as well as empowering through educational and vocational training.
